    Youth Adventure Sail 1 has been created for 10 -17-year-olds who want to try sailing in a non-competitive, social, and fun setting.

    Our program involves sailing on traditional sailing boats with up to 5 participant and an instructor on board.

  • Course Overview

    Youth Adventure Sail 1 is a great introduction to the sport of sailing and the skills required but will still focus on fun with friends. The program provides a wide variety of on water activities that will introduce you to the joys of sailing. You will learn skills through exciting exercises and put them to good use in fun, on-water activities.

    Participants will earn an Australian Sailing Out There Sailing 1 certificate.

    Please meet at Adventure Sailing HQ Office which is directly behind the main marina office to the left.

    Courses run from 9 am to 3 pm

    $220 per person for the one day course (including GST).

Youth Adventure Sail 2

  • Who should do this course?

    This course is for those sailors who have completed the Youth Adventure Sail 1 program and are seeking further skills and adventure.

    Youth Adventure Sail 2 has been created for 10–17-year old’s who want to try sailing in a non-competitive, social and fun setting.

    The program involves sailing on small sailing boats with up to 5 participant and an instructor on board.

  • Course Overview

    Youth Adventure Sail 2 will build on the introductory skills learnt in Youth Adventure Sail 1. It will have the same philosophy with fun and socialising being the priority. This course will include some navigation training and greater challenge whilst completing an expedition towards the pristine bays of Cape Naturaliste.
