Set sail on an unforgettable weekend just for women aboard Starsand, our stunning 65ft yacht, as we explore the beautiful waters of Geographe Bay. Led by experienced female instructors, She Sails is all about women supporting women in a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment.

This 2-day learn-to-sail course is perfect for women who want to try sailing for the first time, build on their existing skills, or simply enjoy an adventurous and relaxing weekend with like-minded women.

No prior experience? No problem. Just bring your sense of adventure and a willingness to have fun!

  • Who should join?

    If you’ve ever dreamed of learning to sail but felt unsure where to start, this is the course for you.

    She Sails is designed specifically for women who want to learn in an all-female environment that feels safe, supportive, and encouraging, without mansplaining!

    Whether you're starting your sailing journey or thinking about one day owning your own boat – this is your first step.

  • What You’ll Learn

    This hands-on weekend covers the sailing basics, including:

    Boat handling

    Safety on the water

    Sailing theory

    Practical experience under sail

    You’ll leave the course with real sailing skills, boosted confidence, and maybe even some new sailing sisters!

  • Course Prerequisites

    No sailing experience needed

    You must be water confident

    A good sense of humour and readiness for fun highly recommended!

    If you are worried about seasickness, Geographe bay is generally calm and without swell.

  • Course Outcome

    By the end of the weekend, you’ll feel more confident, relaxed and capable on the water – whether you want to keep learning, crew on a yacht, or one day sail off into the sunset on your own boat.

    If you prefer to sit back and drink champagne while watching others sail, that is also fine!

    Course runs 9am on the first day and finishes by 3pm the second day.

    The cost of the course is $1200 per person for the 2 days (including GST) plus booking fee
